About Us

Tuo Vigneto was created by Laura & Paul Zagnoni, Phoenix Arizonans with dual citizenship and a home in the Commune of Volterra. Tuo Vigneto (which means Your Winery) is their vision to bring you a company that specializes in intimate wine tours to small family wineries in the Tuscan region where all of your needs are taken care of. A sommelier will be present to help you understand the wines themselves and an interpreter will be present so you can better understand the history and culture of the wines you will experience.

You will also experience the Tuscan life style with private dinners and a cooking class and a private visit the Zagnoni’s home for a private chef prepared dinner with wine pairings from the wines you experienced during your visit.

Tuo Vigneto started with Laura Zagnoni’s passion for wine…her journey to sommelier certification…and the Zagnoni’s love of the Tuscan region. The Zagnonis want to share what they feel every day with life in Tuscany. To look out of the window, and feel so emotional to just to be able to live here. Italians have respect for each other, they love their country, and they inspire us in every conceivable way.  We can completely understand why you would love to be here now, in the Tuscan countryside.  It is so utterly stunning, perfect weather, a light breeze, and the birds singing and the bees buzzing on the lavender plants.  

Tuo Vigneto offers just small intimate wine tours to small family-owned Tuscan wineries. And they only offer a handful of tours a season. This is truly something special.

All of the wineries, agriturismi chefs, cooks, drivers, and guides you will encounter on our tours are small, family-owned businesses, Italians who love their region or people who have lived in Tuscany for years.

We want you to feel like a local while you are here, and that includes taking you to little-known places where the owners don’t speak English or in some cases … even Italian – just their local dialect!

Eating meals every day at a hotel is sad – and boring! With our tours, we experience the local culture through the food, wine, and music that is available at a variety of restaurants, trattorias, farms, and private villas throughout the country.

Most travelers don’t enjoy rushing – and spending five or six hours a day in the car is exhausting! Our tours are planned to maximize your experiences without keeping you on the road all day. We don’t wake you up at dawn and return at midnight just so we can make your itinerary look more robust. You want you to experience Tuscany and that includes relaxing and enjoying the scenery just like they do!

Tuo Vigneto Travel is registered as an LLC in the state of Arizona USA and all business, banking, and legal processing is conducted in the US.
