Day 1
- Having already arrived in Volterra you will enjoy breakfast and we will depart to the first small winery.
- Lunch will be provided and then the second small winery will be visited in the afternoon.
- In the evening, you will enjoy a Wine-Tasting Dinner at a trendy new wine bar
Day 2
- After breakfast, we will leave for the Bulgari region and visit two small wineries in the area
- We will be home in time for dinner in Volterra
Day 3
- After breakfast, you will push up your sleeves for a Hands-on Cooking Class with a local family. You will enjoy local aperitivi snacks and wine while learning to master homemade Volterran specialties, then you will feast on your creations.
- Next well vist a wine store in Volterra and learn and taste more of the local wines.
- Open dinner will follow
Day 4
- This morning, we will visit wineries in the San Gimignano region.
- In the afternoon, you will return to your hotel with the evening off to explore and shop in Volterra
Day 5
- After breakfast, you will drive south and visit a local winery and truffle hunting location.
- Dinner will be served at La Capnnina by a local chef using local ingredients. Also wines that you have experienced during the week will be served.
